Dieses Geißblatt ist an einer Wand mit einem Rack oder über einer Pergola geeignet. Schatten Sie Schatten am Fuß dieser Gartenpflanze. Platzieren Sie beispielsweise eine Dachfliese über den Fuß des Lonicera Periclymenum 'Belgica' oder pflanzen Sie eine Bodenbedeckung. Das Geißblatt wächst ursprünglich gerne in Waldkanten, an denen die Pflanze von der Kühle zu einem leichten, warmen Ort klettert. Die beste Lage ist daher in der Halbschatten-Sonne.
